Seven days from delivery, no restocking fee, no explanation needed. Here is exactly how it works and where the limits are.
The short version
You have seven days from the delivery date to start a return on almost anything. The item needs to come back in the condition it arrived in, with its packaging. We pay return shipping when the fault is ours; you pay it when you simply changed your mind.
How to start one
- Open your orders and pick the order.
- Choose the item and tell us why. Photographs help enormously if something arrived damaged.
- We reply within one working day with a pickup slot or a drop-off point.
- Once the item reaches us we inspect it the same day and release the refund.
When the money arrives
Orders are paid in cash on delivery, so refunds go out to a mobile wallet. Tell us the bKash, Nagad or Rocket number you want it sent to when you start the return.
- Approved the same day we receive and inspect the item.
- In your wallet usually the same evening, always within 48 hours.
- Delivery charge is refunded too when the fault was ours.
What we cannot take back
We are not being difficult here — these are hygiene and safety limits.
- Innerwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery once the seal is broken.
- Cosmetics and skincare that have been opened or used.
- Perishable groceries and pet food.
- Anything damaged by misuse rather than by us or the courier.
Faulty on arrival
If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it at the door or photograph it before opening. Tell us within 48 hours and we cover collection and send a replacement at our cost. A dead-on-arrival electronic item is replaced, not repaired.
