One marketplace for the things a household actually runs on, from verified sellers, paid for the way Bangladesh already pays.
Why we exist
Buying online here has usually meant a trade-off: trust the seller and hope, or pay a premium at a shop you can walk into. We built OneRoof to remove that trade-off. Every product is checked before it is listed, every listing carries a real photograph of the item we actually ship, and you can open the box in front of the rider before you pay a taka.
How we work
We buy stock ourselves and sell it directly — there is no third-party marketplace here, so there is nobody between you and us if something goes wrong. The “featured” shelf is chosen by our buying team, not sold.
Where we are
Our hub and support desk are in Dhaka. Deliveries run nationwide through our own riders inside Dhaka and courier partners elsewhere.
The promises we hold ourselves to
- Seven-day returns on almost everything, no restocking fee.
- Cash on delivery everywhere we deliver.
- No hidden fees. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Refunds inside 48 hours to a mobile wallet.
